I finished this dress just in time for Kim to wear it to the dance. It's a burnt orange tafitta. The pattern is a collection of flowers sewn on the fabric using strips of the fabric.
This is my first pattern design. I want to donate it to the Prom Dress group that gives dresses to girls who can't afford them. We'll see if Kim lets it go.

What a nice thing to donate the dress. That is if Kim will let go of it. I bet she would for that cause, but would understand why she would want to keep it TOO! :-)
